Remodel and rejuvenate a prime positioned home
Our client loved the location of their existing house, in one of Sutherland Shire’s exclusive suburbs but felt a remodel was needed to rejuvenate their home. Huntsman Constructions worked closely with the owners to reconstruct, renovate and ultimately create the perfect modernised two storey home capturing stunning Burraneer Bay views.

This architecturally designed project features:
- a large modernised kitchen displaying mirrored glass splashback;
- a north facing main bedroom boasting a generous walk in robe and glass sliding doors leading to a stylish ensuite;
- an extended front room with raked ceilings and floor to ceiling glass doors to provide maximum sunlight.
A key feature of this renovated home is that it is equipped with an integrated smart home system. Run simply off iPads, it enables the client to remotely connect with entertainment, air conditioning, security system and more.
